The centralized cutting fluid purification system is usually placed next to the waste liquid collection tank, and is equipped with a water pump and a filter tank. The water outlet of the waste liquid collection tank is connected to the water inlet of the system water pump through a water pipe. An installation frame is slidably connected along the length direction of the waste liquid collection tank, and a magnet block close to the bottom of the waste liquid collection tank is arranged on the installation frame. Wastewater passes through a porous filter medium or facility, and suspended solids larger than the pore size are intercepted, so that the wastewater is purified to a certain extent. The suspended solids in the wastewater are separated through physical filtration. The physical filtration device is fluidly connected to the collection tank, and the physical filtration device is one or a combination of a box filter press, a belt filter press and a plate and frame filter press.
When filtering wastewater, the centralized cutting fluid purification system first guides the wastewater into a wastewater sedimentation tank for standing. After standing for a period of time, iron filings and sediment will settle to the bottom of the wastewater sedimentation tank. At this time, the water pump can be turned on. The water pump pumps away the relatively clean water in the upper layer of the wastewater sedimentation tank. The water pumped away by the water pump enters the filter tank and is further filtered through the filter layer in the filter tank, and finally clean liquid can be obtained;
